Oil skimmers are a set of units designed specifically for the removal of various oils and fats from process water. The simple technology allows for extremely effective removal of oil from the surface of water using special floating absorbers, which are managed to removed the oil form the water and then reject the oil under completely controlled conditions, generally into a suitable container for onward treatment or disposal.
